Before ordering, please read these terms.
Agreement between Artist & Patron as follows:
1. The Artwork: Patron is commissioning artist, J. Adupe/ June to digitally paint or otherwise stated.
2. The Concept: The Artist is to digitally paint or otherwise stated the art ordered.
3. Progress Report: The Artist agrees to furnish the Patron with progress reports during the creation of the work, which can include but not limited to pictures of the work in progress. The pictures may be digital images and sent by email.
4. Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required before artwork commences. The payment is due in full upon delivery of low res artwork. High Res artwork will be delivered when payment has been confirmed.
5. Payment Amount: The artist and patron agree upon the selling price stated in the Commissions page. Patron will pay any taxes due.
6. Copyright: Artist retains the copyright to all works commissioned by Patron that was created by Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the Artist.
7. Youtube: The artist has the rights to publish a video content showcasing the process of creating all works commissioned by Patron unless otherwise requested. All video content would be published at least a month or otherwise requested after delivery.
8. Right of Refusal: In the event that the Patron does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the Patron may refuse. In that case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit. This is free of any claims or interests of the Patron and the Patron will not owe any additional fees to the Artist.
